Knottingham Apartments

I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years and my experience has been exceptional. The grounds and landscaping is well maintained throughout the year. I really appreciated the complete remodel of the parking lot. The safety of this apartment is top tier, they have cameras and a 24/7 security guard available in case of emergencies. The management office has always answered my questions and made me feel welcomed. I love how they have year round events/competitions that makes it more of a fun place to live. My 5 year old son and I love to enjoy the pool in the summer months, the bathroom/shower access is easily accessible from the pool. In my time living here I haven’t had any major issues that needed maintenance to come, but in a unique situation where I needed my locks switched out they were timely and helpful. This is a great place to live, I’d recommend them to my friends/family.

Great place to live short term or long term!. This was my first experience in leasing an apartment out in MI and The entire staff (brittany and Kayla especially) were the most helpful in making the transition super easy!. The entire staff was always super welcoming and friendly and always addressed any concerns I had in prompt time. I was there for my clinical rotations so any incoming PA, Nursing, or Medical students coming into the area it is a great place to live, pricing is reasonable and the apartments are spacious. The location is nearby many stores and downtown life and walking distance to a river and park, the neighbors are friendly, its a quiet community when it comes to studying, and fur babies are welcome, plus they are in connection with the Humane Society of Macomb!. Maintenance issues were responded and dealt with in a timely manner, and they are good at calling back if emergencies emerge to address concerns. With packages, you have the option to have the packages delivered to the doors or the building or your front door usually but they also have a locker next to the office with a code to security. They also have security cameras and cars on the property so you feel safe. During the winter months they clean the driveways and heating is included which is a plus. Overall my experience was great and I am very grateful to have been part of this community.

So happy I was able to move in here. Kayla G is absolutely the kindest and most efficient leasing/sales consultant I’ve ever met as a renter for 8 years. The other staff I’ve met only briefly has also been great. The property is well taken care of inside and out. The rent price itself is comparable to other properties in the area, but they really put a lot of work into the amenities. The pool and gym are very clean, there’s 24/7 security and cameras on the exterior of the buildings, laundry is right down the hall. There’s also events for residents at the clubhouse. It’s a very peaceful place to come home to. I wish I would’ve moved here sooner.
